We ship from CANADA.
Most items ship as 'light packet' and take 7-10 days, thisoption does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please let us know and we will adjust your rates.
Faster options are available, at your request and expense.
We happily combine shipping.
International customers, please inquire~ we will ship, but prefer to quote actual shipping.
All buyers are responsible for any customs or taxes on items shipped to you, as applied by your country.

About the Items/ Item Care:
Allergy Alert: We do have a dog. He does not play with the toys but he is present in our home. We do not use any scented products (detergent etc) in our house due to sensitivities and allergies.
Custom Work:
We do custom work, as time allows.
We can do customs in silk or wool.
